Pickup & Orders
How does pickup work?
Place your order online and select your preferred pickup date and time at checkout.
You’ll receive an order confirmation and another email when your order is ready.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup is in Carson, CA. The exact address can be found at the checkout page and your order confirmation email.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, we offer pickup only.
Delivery is available for larger custom orders upon request.
Please contact us to inquire.
Can I pickup some of my items on different dates?
At this time, all items in an order must be scheduled for the same pickup date and time.
If you need items for different dates or times, please place separate orders.
What happens when my order is ready?
You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Please let us know when you're on your way or your estimated arrival time.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may be limited depending on timing and availability.
How do i pay with zelle?
You can select Zelle at checkout.
After checkout you have 24 hours to send your payment to Zelle tag: growtheflowers or email: growtheflowers@gmail.com
Once your payment is received you will receive an order confirmation via email.
If no payment is made within 24 hours after your order was made, your order will be canceled.
Do you accept cancellations or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
Please double-check your order details before checkout.
Mother's Day
Can I order Everyday arrangements for Mother's Day weekend?
Mother's Day and Everyday arrangements cannot be combined in the same order due to different pickup dates.
Please place separate orders if needed.
Why are Mother's Day prices different?
Mother's Day arrangements reflect seasonal availability and increased demand, including premium and limited blooms.
Floral Arrangements
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Flower combinations and colors will vary. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed using seasonal blooms.
Everyday arrangements are ever-evolving in style and color, while holiday collections are designed with a seasonal theme in mind.
What size should I choose?
Please refer to our size chart for a stem count comparison
Note:
Sizing reflects the overall fullness of the arrangement.
Stem counts may vary depending on bloom type and season.
Some premium stems (such as orchids) feature multiple blooms and contribute greater visual fullness and value.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Feel free to add any preferences in the Special Instructions box when viewing your cart.
We will try our best to accommodate.

What does "Designer's Choice" mean?
We select the best and unique seasonal flowers available at the time to create a cohesive and elevated design.
What does "Cat-Safe" mean?
Cat-safe arrangements are designed using non-toxic flowers and greenery.
However, we still recommend keeping arrangements out of reach of pets.
Used and not used items are based off the ASPCA List of Toxic and Non-Toxic Plant List for Cats.
Are arrangements ready to gift?
Yes! All arrangements are prepared and packaged for easy gifting.
Troubleshooting
Checkout says I need to pick a time and date, but i already have one selected.
Make sure all items are from one collection, either the Mother's Day Collection or the Everyday Collection.
Then go back to your cart and refresh the page.
If problem persists please remove all items and refresh your window, then try again.
All items in your cart will be for one pickup date, and these collections are available for different dates.
