Overview

This website is operated by Grow the Flowers, located in Carson, CA. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Grow the Flowers.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all policies referenced here. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.


Products & Availability

Grow the Flowers offers floral arrangements, including but not limited to everyday arrangements, custom arrangements, designer’s choice arrangements, cat-safe arrangements, seasonal collections, holiday arrangements, petite bouquet duos, and specialty floral gifting items.

All floral products are made with fresh, seasonal blooms. Flower availability may vary due to season, market conditions, weather, and supply. We reserve the right to make substitutions as needed while maintaining the overall style, size, and value of the arrangement.

Product photos are for style, size, and design reference only. Exact flowers, colors, vase styles, and final styling may vary.


Pickup Location

Grow the Flowers is based in Carson, CA. Exact pickup details are provided at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their pickup date, time, and location details before arriving.


Pickup Scheduling

Pickup date and time options are available when viewing your cart. Your selected pickup details will also be available for review in your order confirmation email.

Each order must be scheduled for one pickup date and time. If you need items for different dates or times, please place separate orders.


Late or Missed Pickups

Orders should be picked up during the selected pickup date and time.

If you are late, your order may be held for pickup until the last available pickup time of the day or, when possible, the following day. However, flowers are perishable, and we cannot guarantee freshness or quality for late pickups.

If an order is not picked up within 3 days of the original pickup date, the order will no longer be available for pickup. The order will be considered forfeited, and any payment made toward the order will not be available for refunds.

There are no refunds for missed pickups.

If an arrangement is picked up late and shows signs of aging, wilting, or reduced freshness, refunds, cancellations, or replacements will not be provided.


Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be requested up to 2 weeks before the original pickup date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on our availability, product type, and flower sourcing.


Delivery

At this time, Grow the Flowers primarily offers pickup only.

Delivery may be available for larger custom orders or collaborative projects upon request and approval. If delivery is requested and accepted, a delivery fee will apply. Delivery availability depends on location, order size, timing, and scheduling.


Cancellations

For products available through the online shop, cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund if requested within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the pickup/event date may be eligible for a 75% refund

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the pickup/event date are non-refundable

If an order is placed for pickup within 72 hours or less, cancellations are not accepted unless requested within 2 hours of order confirmation.

For larger custom orders, collaborative projects, or event-based floral work, personalized cancellation deadlines, payment schedules, and due dates may apply. These will be communicated based on the needs of the project.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled or picked up.

Each arrangement is carefully made and reviewed before pickup. Please inspect your order at pickup and notify us immediately if there are any concerns.

Once an order leaves our care, Grow the Flowers is not responsible for damage caused by transport, handling, heat exposure, lack of water, improper storage, or any condition outside of our control.

If you believe there was a quality issue present at pickup, please contact us within 24 hours at growtheflowers@gmail.com with photos and a description of the concern. Any resolution will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.


Flower Preferences, Substitutions & Restrictions

Customers are responsible for communicating any strict flower restrictions, allergies, dislikes, or “do not include” requests before the order is fulfilled.

If a customer has a strict “no” on a specific flower but does not communicate that request before pickup, Grow the Flowers is not responsible for including that flower. Refunds, cancellations, or substitutions will not be provided after pickup for preferences that were not shared in advance.

Flower substitutions may be made based on seasonal availability, market conditions, and design needs.


Designer’s Choice Arrangements

Designer’s Choice arrangements are created with full creative direction by the designer. Any notes, preferences, or requests provided by the customer will be treated as suggestions, but the final design, flower selection, color palette, and styling are at the designer’s discretion.

Designer’s Choice arrangements are best for customers who trust our creative style and are open to a seasonal, curated design.


Custom Arrangements

Custom arrangements are inspired by the customer’s requested colors, style preferences, and reference images, but they are not exact replicas.

Your inspiration will serve as the foundation for the overall design, while the final arrangement will be thoughtfully curated with Grow the Flowers’ creative style, seasonal flower availability, and design interpretation in mind.

Exact flower varieties, colors, shapes, and styling cannot be guaranteed.


Cat-Safe Arrangements

Cat-safe arrangements are designed using flowers and greenery generally considered non-toxic to cats. However, we still recommend keeping all floral arrangements out of reach of pets.

Ingestion of any plant material may cause irritation, stomach upset, or other reactions depending on the pet. Grow the Flowers is not responsible for pet exposure, ingestion, or reactions after pickup.


Manual Payments

Manual payment options, such as Zelle, may be available for select customers.

Orders placed with manual payment are not confirmed until full payment is received, verified, and marked complete by Grow the Flowers.

Manual payments must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. If payment is not received and verified within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

Customers are responsible for sending the full order total, including any applicable tax, fees, or approved delivery charges. If the incorrect amount is sent, the order will remain pending until the full balance is received.

Grow the Flowers is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong account or payments that cannot be verified.


Pricing & Taxes

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Holiday and seasonal pricing may differ from everyday pricing due to increased demand, limited availability, premium blooms, and market conditions.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

Discounts, promotions, or special pricing must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product selection, size, pickup date, pickup time, contact information, and payment method.

Grow the Flowers is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, or issues caused by incorrect customer information.


Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include but is not limited to unpaid orders, incomplete payments, unavailable products, scheduling conflicts, suspected fraud, or misuse of discounts or manual payment options.

If we cancel an order that has been paid and is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed according to the applicable policy.
