Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed.
Order Quality
Each order is made with care and reviewed before pickup to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because flowers are fresh and perishable, please review your arrangement at pickup and let us know right away if you have any concerns.
Once an order has been picked up, we are not responsible for damage caused by transport, handling, heat exposure, lack of water, or improper storage.
If you believe there is a quality issue that was present at the time of pickup, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review it.
Design Variations
Every arrangement is uniquely designed. While overall style and size will remain consistent, exact flowers and colors may vary based on seasonal availability.
Designer’s Choice Arrangements
Designer’s Choice arrangements are created with full creative direction by the designer. Any notes or preferences provided will be treated as suggestions, but the final design, flower selection, colors, and styling will be at the designer’s discretion.
Custom Arrangements
Custom arrangements are inspired by the customer’s requested colors, style preferences, and reference images, but they are not exact replicas. Your inspiration will serve as the foundation for the overall design, while the final arrangement will be thoughtfully curated with the designer’s creative style and seasonal flower availability in mind.
These natural variations are not considered grounds for refunds.
Pickup Responsibility
Orders must be picked up at the selected date and time frame. Once an order has been picked up, we are not responsible for:
- Damage during transport
- Improper handling or storage
- Changes in condition after pickup
Missed Pickups
If an order is not picked up at the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee the quality of the arrangement. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for missed pickups.
Manual Payments (Zelle)
Orders placed using manual payment must be completed within 24 hours to be confirmed.

Cancellations & Changes
Due to the preparation required for each arrangement:
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date
- Earlier requests may be accommodated depending on timing and availability
